Luna Boutique is owned and operated by Cindy Levins and Maggie Morris. We are Winthrop residents who want to work and prosper in our own community and provide our customers with beautiful handmade and unique items. We work with many New England-based and women-owned businesses and companies that import high-quality goods that are also made by hand.

We strongly believe in giving back to the community. We are proud to contribute to various school programs and other fundraising events that benefit Winthrop's students. We are supporters of the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce, education programs and the arts in Winthrop. Each year we provide a scholarship to a deserving Winthrop High School student to further their career as an entrepreneurial artist.

We are actively involved with other members of the community and business owners to promote our beautiful seaside community. We want to share the beauty of Winthrop and its great shopping, eating, beaches, and boating with our surrounding communities and tourists to the area.
